Refund Policy

1. No cash refunds
2. No chargebacks, always ensure to use own card for payments
3. Non – exchangeable / non – refundable: discounted items, promotional items, sale items
4. Please note that we only refund to the payment method originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account.

 

Exchange Policy / Return Policy

1. Lelanie Le Roux does not offer return but will gladly exchange or replace missing orders.
2. Return shipping, tracking and follow up is consumer’s duty.
3. Store credit rules:

• non transferrable
• must be processed within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the item
• Credits are valid for 12 Months.

 

Shipping Policy

Where it accepts your order, Lelanie Le Roux, Courier will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty)” days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”), We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period
